The Marketing Collateral Was First Class!

We interviewed multiple Realtors to sell our family home of 19 years.
We decided to not go with the "automatic choice" local realtors; we felt they would not have the motivation to respect our wishes and needs; an attitude of treating us as the average local with an average local home.

We had some very capable realtors to choose among as we planned to sell our family home of 16 years, but selecting Gabriela (Gabi) was the best thing we could have done. Best Ever!

Gabriela is an amazing realtor.  Throughout the entire process of getting my house ready to sell and then negotiating the best price for my house and making sure escrow went smoothly (it did), she went the extra mile.
	I knew I wanted to sell my house but was overwhelmed with questions: how much should I do to fix up the house, who should I hire to help me with the process, how was I going to deal with all my clutter-  Gabriela came to the rescue.  She was totally hands-on finding the right people to help with the process and negotiating the best prices as well.  She would roll up her sleeves and personally help with getting rid of the clutter and improving the landscaping and bringing in beautiful artwork for the walls and answering any questions I had right away. 
	Any issues that came up were handled proactively and in a friendly manner. She helped transform my home in the most cost-efficient manner possible. The house looked so good I wondered if I should sell it after all!  Gabriela was incredibly patient with me, paid attention to every detail (she has a great eye and could be an interior decorator or a landscape consultant), and even made my cat feel comfortable with all the activity.
